Shipping policy

Where we ship: We deliver to all European Union countries. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Shipping costs - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia: EUR 3.99 per order, free for orders of EUR 40 or more. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping costs - other EU countries: EUR 5.99 per order, free for orders of EUR 50 or more. Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days.

Processing time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Some products ship from a partner warehouse and may take longer; where this applies, the expected delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All prices include VAT. There are no customs duties within the EU.

Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at info@rivensupply.com with your order number and we will resolve it with the carrier.
