Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days): You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us before the deadline by email to info@rivensupply.com and include your order number.

How to return: Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us, to: Riven Ventures, MB, Juodupio g. 33-7, LT-11330 Vilnius, Lithuania. Please contact us before sending a return so we can identify your parcel.

Return shipping costs: You pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as described.

Condition of returned items: Items must be unused, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Hygiene exception: For health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, gloves and similar products that were delivered sealed can only be returned if the seal or original packaging has not been opened.

Refunds: We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Please contact us as soon as possible at info@rivensupply.com with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item and cover the return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU and Lithuanian consumer law.
